Beachfront painters are experts in electrostatic painting. We paint virtually every metal surface on site including, but not limited to, fencing, railings, slider frames, window frames, awnings, light posts, mailboxes, storefront windows, and decorative metal structures.
Electrostatic painting is a process in which urethane paint is positively charged and sprayed onto a grounded metal substrate. The process produces an evenly-applied, factory finish that is far more durable than paint applied with traditional methods. Electrostatic painting creates little overspray, requiring less set-up and less clean-up.
The process starts with preparing the metal surface and removing any existing rust, corrosion or failed coatings. We then electrostatically apply epoxy prime to all of the metal surfaces and finish with a urethane top coat.
Electrostatic paint is available in virtually every color and can be matched to your existing palette. Most paints are dry within hours with full cure times up to 24 hours.
Electrostatic painting protects your metal from Florida's harsh elements. It creates a barrier of protection to prevent further rust, corrosion and peeling. If you are looking to improve the appearance and extend the weatherability of your property's metal surfaces, call us to discuss your options with a Beachfront painting specialist.
