Fort Lauderdale, Florida: At Play Del Mar, our scope of work included sealant replacement and commercial painting following a concrete restoration project. We removed and replaced perimeter sealants using BASF NP2, a flexible, polyurethane sealant with a 5-year warranty. Similarly, we changed all glass-to-metal glazing to Dow 795, a silicone sealant that cures to a durable rubber joint seal.
